Welcome to Nemingha Public School

The school caters for approximately 186 pupils from K to 6. There are seven full-time teachers, three part-time teachers including librarian, support, reading recovery and relief from face to face. There is a full-time Administrative Manager, a part-time school assistant, daily cleaner, plus part-time outdoor staff.

At the beginning of 1995, the school moved to its present location. The new school provides for the needs of the community well into the 21st century. It features modern facilities including a well resourced library, hall, and administration block. The classrooms provide carpeted learning areas, withdrawal areas and areas suitable for craft and art. The community continually works hard to provide improvements for the grounds as well as tree and shrub plantings to provide shade and nature study areas.

 Nemingha School is a drug-free school. This means that apart from NO SMOKING, our school community has decided that no alcohol or other drugs should be brought onto or used on these premises. We ask that all visitors abide by these decisions.
